Thank you so much for the respond. I showed this sebab ada complain pasal tempoh sampai, saya tak sure pasal ni tapi saya ada google then dia cakap kadang-kadang surat stuck dekat office. Rasanya lepas ni kena guna registered mail supaya boleh track and trace.
